Wise quotes...

I haven't been writing. I haven't been blogging. I haven't even been gardening or baking bread. I don't have writer's block and my pain killers are working just fine. I am reminded of an old lover who became quite agitated and vexed when I grew silent, even when I would try to placate him with this gem, "When you have nothing to say... there is virtue in not saying it."

I have nothing to say. This is a time when you rely upon wise quotes and John Candy in the movie Armed and Dangerous.

It's ok, Julia, I've felt this way before too. Sometimes silence is so comforting and we find such peace and strength from it. I took like a month or so that I didn't blog. Just didn't have anything to say.

Glad you're back though, even if it's only with few words. We love ya!

Hi Michelle,

Thanks for stopping by. Yes, my well has run dry. It's actually nice to have some solitude. But, will need to get my No. 2 pencil out and all sharpened up. Have an article deadline coming up and the continuing legal battle requiring an Answer to the Defendant's Interrogatories. Such fun! Should enjoy my solitude while I can.
